Don Crook, of Accurate Inspection, inspected a house in Lakeside City that my wife and I purchased in September. Don arrived that morning promptly as agreed. He immediately started inspecting the premises at 707 Royal Road. He was very meticulous as he went from room to room and proceeded outside to inspect the roof, all four sides of the house, attic, and the storage building. He explained each step in detail and provided pictures for the area that he was checking. Upon completion of the inspection, he then sat down with me and the realtor and went over with his findings. Afterwards he sent a detailed report with pictures by email of the inspection. He also provided the realtor with a book that was very professional in its contents and presentation.

I would recommend Don to anyone that is needing this service. Don is very professional, accurate in his work, and makes the customer aware of any possible problems that the new home owner might be confronted with. He reports honestly what he is able to see or detect during the inspection, and what he can't see he informs the customer.

My client and I were very pleased with an inspection Don did on a property for us on Spanish Trace. We called him with many questions on a Sunday afternoon and he did not brush us off and was very helpful and courteous.
