Gravity drainage is required. Drain line noted to be improperly running uphill. Leak(s) were noted. Slow leak observed at faucet. No Safety pan present and/or safety pan drain line was missing/terminated incorrectly. Safety pans are recommended when leakage could cause damage to interior of structure.
