Bad Dishwasher – Needs Replacing!

Unit is not operational or is in need of service/replacement at this time. Unit did not fill with water during test operation. Rust and/or corrosion observed in unit. Racks have rust present.

Water Heater Equipment Issues

The temperature and pressure release valve lacks gravity drainage, is improper diameter, and/or doesn’t terminate correctly. Gravity drainage is required. Drain line noted to be improperly running uphill. Leak(s) were noted. Slow leak observed at faucet. No Safety pan present and/or safety pan drain line was missing/terminated incorrectly. Safety pans are recommended when leakage could cause damage to interior of structure.

Improper Circuit Breakers

Two or more circuits are improperly connected to a single pole breaker. A licensed electrician should be contacted to further evaluate the electrical system.
